PARKER STAGING NOW OFFERS DEFERRED PAYMENT AT CLOSING

For qualifying properties and our VIP clients, Parker Staging now offers payment at closing through our Parker Financing Program (PFP). The Parker Financing Program was established to offer maximum flexibility for our clients in meeting their staging needs.

In order to qualify for deferred payment, properties must be listing for under $600,000.  Only our standard staging package, which includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and baths, is available for financing through the PFP. Financing through PFP will cover all service fees, design fees, delivery and pick up, installation and furniture rental fees. Financing and service fees will apply to the total amount due.

Furniture rented through the PFP may be kept for a maximum of 90 days.  At the end of the 90 day rental period, furniture will be scheduled for pick up regardless of whether the property has sold. At closing, the client will be responsible for paying all staging fees, extension fees and financing fees.

To be considered for the Parker Financing Program, either the real estate agent or the homeowner must complete a quick application and provide a credit card to keep on file. Additionally, title company information must be provided to Parker Staging to ensure inclusion of all outstanding fees in the HUD-1.
